Images from the Lost Pig.

In the summer of 2001 Redcar had some of the heart ripped out of her, with the demolition of Pig and Whistle, a favourite watering hole for many Redcar people including myself. Work was to start on the new premises before the old Pig was torn down the bar top was removed extended and refitted atop of the new bar in the new Station road premises here are some pics from the Old Pig and some during the rebuild of the new Pig.
